How long will it take for my website to go live?

It generally takes 8 weeks for our websites to go live, but may be sooner. The delivery time frame depends on how quickly clients are able to give us the information that we need to progress.

What will you need from me?

We ask clients to provide us with a logo, content and images for the website. E-WEB can assist with these elements, as separate services (for example, we have an in-house copywriting team).

Who hosts the website?

You will need to purchase your own hosting product, but we can recommend a few good options if you’re not sure what to choose.

I don’t want to use WordPress, can I choose another CMS?

No, we only work with WordPress as it has the best features (in our experience). It’s also the easiest for clients to use themselves after we’ve launched the site.

Do you offer eCommerce websites?

Yes, absolutely! We can either build it on WordPress ourselves, or help you to build it on Shopify.

Can I make changes to my site after it's published? How much does it cost?

Yes, it’s possible for us to make changes after the site is published, though you have the ability to make all changes yourself. If you do require our assistance, the standard rate is $150 an hour for changes after publication. We’ll provide a quote based on the estimated hours required.

Will my website be available to all Apple and Android devices?

Yes, all our websites are mobile friendly and mobile responsive. Your website will be displayed correctly on both platforms, irrespective of the software used.

Can I use a different hosting company?

Yes, you can use the hosting company of your choice.

I already have a domain name, can I use this for my website?

Yes you can choose your domain name and we will set it up on your hosting.

How do we communicate during the website build?

You can contact your dedicated account manager via email or phone during the build process, we will be happy to take your questions and provide support.
